This is what 1,750 horsepower looks like: it looks like a beautiful, blue (with white stripes) 1969 Camaro that looks all but stock from the outside. (Why mess with something so beautiful, right?)
But underneath that bodywork is something special: a 427 small-block crate engine with the company’s Alien intake, twin fuel tanks, shiny billet valve covers, 321 stainless steel headers, and all the hardware to support twin turbochargers: 44mm wastegates, twin blow-off valves, and two intercoolers.
Nelson Racing, of course, is known for building four-figure-horsepower cars, and cars with twin turbos. This car has both. And when roaming the streets, it sounds vicious with a hell of a turbo psh!. Watch, and listen for yourself, with Tom Nelson.
