Back in May was learned that GM CEO Mary Barra was taking delivery of a sinister looking 2015 Corvette Z06 convertible when an image was shared on CorvetteBlogger from the Bowling Green Assembly Plant. We wondered if perhaps it was just a publicity stunt or would Bara actually be seen driving the fully loaded all black drop-top.
Any doubts we may have had were put to rest as Ms. Barra posted a photo of herself this past weekend before she joined up with over a million automotive fans for Saturday’s Woodward Dream Cruise.
Barra’s all black Z06 (which she has named “The Beast”) is outfitted with the Z07 Performance Package, carbon fiber aerodynamics, Competition Sport seats, yellow Brembos, and most impressively a 7-speed manual transmission which she confirmed on twitter.
