Bright Lights, Big City: Corvette Z06 Challenges Viper T/A

These are both the ultimate versions of two ultimate cars. The C7 Corvette Z06 vs. the Dodge Viper T/A meet in the middle of an empty highway, and you know what’ll ensue: a very academic discussion of peak horsepower and torque curve ratings. Also, some street racing.

Naturally, both drivers have piled mods on top of their ultimate cars. The Z06 is packing a custom intake and headers, pulley, and a tune from Lashway Motorsports. It’s sitting pretty at 661 horsepower to the rear wheels. The Viper has an intake and full exhaust, as well as a tune from Viper specialists Unleashed Tuning, so you know it’s already got plenty of power.

The result is a close series of races. Also, it’s worth pointing out how great the colors of both ultimate cars are: the Crusher Orange of the Viper and the Daytona Sunrise Orange Metallic. Great colors, great cars, great competition right here.
