Twin Turbo C6 Corvette Breaks 200MPH on Test Run

Making big power with the C6 has been one of the cheapest ways to break supercar speeds with an American car.

This C6 has been built all the way up to 1500 HP, but is running “only” a cool thousand horses for this run. The Aerodynamic slippery shape of the C6, plus the crazy twin-turbo setup means this Vette broke the 200 MPH mark, something few street cars can do, even with tuning. Even more impressive is that this speed was reached not running full boost.
