The Nurburgring is a unique place for many reasons, but chiefly among them is the ability to have the time of your life turn into your worst nightmare in just a split second. Perhaps the trickiness of driving the Nurburgring elevates this.
But putting a Corvette Z06 into the barrier on the world’s most dangerous road quickly turns your day from bad to worse.
Watch from the dashcam of a chasing driver as this black Z06, complete with massive track day special wing, somehow manages to lose a wheel and spin out across the whole width of track—nearly wiping out an innocent Opel in the process.
Nice of the dashcammers to stop and check on the Corvette driver, who’s ok, and definitely doing better than his now-totaled Z06.
