Reaper Camaro nearly loses it on the dyno

This is the Reaper Camaro from Houston, Texas-based HP Motorsports, and it’s not only ate up with torque, it also looks like Hannibal Lecter on wheels.

It’s putting down so much power with that huge turbo that the rear tires are struggling to keep up. As if it already doesn’t sound nasty enough, when that turbo kicks in this thing is off like a rocket—and in fact, it nearly takes off.

“Spun the tires making 1,100 ft-lbs of torque,” says the YouTube video. “Now it’s ready for some action!!!”

HP Motorsports couldn’t get an accurate read on the horsepower, but it’s somewhere north of 900, hovering around the “badass” range.
