Get breathless riding shotgun in a 1,265-horsepower twin-turbo Mega-Vette

Not many people get to ride along in a twin-turbo C6 Corvette Z06 storming the Texas Invitational. Watch this video and you’ll get a chance.

This nasty ride was built up by Lethal Performance out of San Antonio, Texas, and is putting all that power to good use. “How do these tires hook up with all that power?” asks our intrepid 1320video cameraman.

“Let’s find out,” the owner responds.

Filled with optimism, right there. Fortunately, the car hooks up nicely with a hell of a squeal from the dual turbos.

There’s also another C6 Corvette in the exact same color, as well as a 1,300 hp Toyota Supra and an 1,100-hp Nissan GT-R, so consider this Corvette in fine company.
