Supercharged Firebird takes on nitrous-huffing Corvette

Here’s a street battle worth watching. This flaming yellow Firebird WS6 is a potent beast, especially with a big blower. It roars off the line like it’s on a mission.

And in the other corner, a formidable contender: a C6 Corvette with a healthy heaping of nitrous.

This is one hell of a race to watch. Both cars take off with violence, but it looks like that supercharger really trumped the swirl of nitrous running through the Corvette.
