Supercharger wars: modded Corvette vs. blown Audi R8

Somewhere in the middle of the night, they meet: an Audi R8 six-speed with an APR Supercharger takes on a C7 automatic, that’s also blown.

Both cars are pretty evenly matched, at least on paper. Both have aftermarket superchargers. Both are running pump gas. Both are undeniably quick near-supercars. And, for that matter, both are white.

And from 50 to 120, the R8’s mid-engined layout and AWD traction are no match for the white C7, which pulls ahead.
