Let’s get the important facts out of the way: this pro mod drag racing Corvette Stingray is estimated to produce anywhere from 2,500 to four thousand horsepower. And it looks like it could hit the upper end of that range.
Resembling a Corvette in bodywork only, this pro mod Corvette was built by Marinis Motorsports. Starting with an 820 ci engine—that’s 13.4 liters to you—it receives a pair of Braswell/Book carburetors and a four-stage nitrous system. Final shakedown testing will begin soon, before it hits the eighth and quarter-mile circuits.
We don’t even need to say that from its eight side exhausts, it sounds wicked. Watch the video and you’ll agree.
