2,200-horsepower supercharged Stingray smokes the strip

There’s 2,200 horsepower on this bad boy, and all of them are put to good use on the strip.

At Mission Raceway Park in Canada, this supercharged Stingray goes up for a burnout and a run down the strip. Practically none of it is stock anymore, except for the headlight stickers. But the rest of it is as close to a work of art as you’ll find in drag racing.

Just check out that big blower up front, those huge drag meats in back, and the gleaming red bodywork all around. When this thing hits the strip, people will drop their jaws in awe.

Especially when it does a quarter-mile in 7.96 seconds. What a beast.
