Past versus Present Chevys take to the drag strip

We post a lot of drag racing videos here on VetteTV, not because it’s the only thing we love, but because of some of the amazing match-ups that you can get out there. It’s the easiest way to visualize the many “What if” scenarios that we have in our head.

Here we have classic GM muscle versus today’s top-of-the-line Corvette, duking it out to see which is faster. We won’t spoil anything for you, but we really enjoyed this race, and would be interested to see some more numbers for both of these cars.

I gotta say I’m surprised the Nova pulled out on that Z06 on the roll race. That black Z06 makes around 1000hp.”
