In the video above Matt Farah heads to Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch to test the Gran Turismo Award-Winning SEMA car: Art Morrison’s 1960 3G Corvette. What is the 3G vette you ask? It’s a $400,000 one-off work of art that begs to be driven hard.
Under the body of this 1960 Corvette sits Morrison’s custom chassis supporting a beastly aluminum V8, that churns out 538 horsepower, mated to Viper transmission.
For those unfamiliar with the Gran Turismo Award at SEMA, the winning car gets featured in the popular video game (This one is featured in GT5), making it virtually immortal — pretty cool we know.
