1,500-horsepower Corvette battles 1,200-horsepower Viper

You gotta have twin turbos and north of 1,000 horsepower to run with these big dogs.

That’s a 1,500-horsepower C6 Corvette facing a 1,200-horsepower, blue-striped Viper with an engine bay that looks more race car than street car. And yet, on the highway here, both cars lay down burnouts nearly a mile long.

Watch the more powerful Corvette take out the Viper in two rolling races, rocketing to north of 120mph with brutal acceleration. And it keeps going and going and going. Both cars are nothing short of epic-sounding, and beasts like this are hard to come by.
